If have a proxy statement already XBRL tagged within Workiva platform select:
1) XBRL Proxy Roll Forward:
- Update all appropriate reporting dates
- Tag all new items and verify completeness of tagging
- Includes one (1) migration to the latest SEC approved proxy statement required taxonomy
If do not have an XBRL tagged proxy statement with Workiva, select one of two options below:
2) XBRL Proxy Upgrade to Detailed Tagging - Service includes tagging only:
- Mapping, modeling, and tagging of applicable facts on required proxy info
- Generate, review and resolve validation issues
3) XBRL Proxy Upgrade to Detailed Tagging plus Setup - Service includes setup of one (1) Proxy and tagging:
- Import and format main document
- Create initial spreadsheet
- Mapping, modeling, and tagging of applicable facts on required proxy info
- Generate, review and resolve validation issues

Requirement: For XBRL services Customer must have a fully set-up and linked Proxy Statement (generally a variant of Form 14A) or Information Statement (generally a variant of Form 14C) in Wdesk. Otherwise, Customer requires XBRL plus Setup Services.
Agreement: By clicking "Submit" you, on behalf of the entity named in the form on this web page ("Customer"), (a) agree to have Workiva personnel perform various services related to Pay vs. Performance Disclosure filing as set forth above (“Proxy Services”), (b) agree that the Proxy Services will be performed pursuant to this acknowledgement, the ("Statement of Work"), Workiva provides to you after submission of this form, and the terms and conditions that currently govern services by and between Customer and Workiva (“Agreement”); (c) represent and warrant that you have the requisite authority to enter into this acknowledgement and the Statement of Work on behalf of Customer; (d) agree that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, absent any objection to the Statement of Work by Customer within in one (1) business days of its receipt, constitute a binding agreement between the parties; and (e) agree that Customer will be responsible for the fees for the Proxy Services as set forth in the Statement of Work, unless otherwise previously agreed in the Agreement. Fees for the Proxy Services will be invoiced one (1) business day after Customer has received the Statement of Work for the Proxy Services.
Workiva will use the information submitted in this form solely to provide the requested services, and any such use is subject to Workiva’s Privacy Policy.
