- Submitting this form will generate a Scope of Work for an XBRL Taxonomy Migration for one quarterly filing and one annual filing (for example for both a 10Q and 10K filing or 6-K and 20-F/40-F filing
- An XBRL Taxonomy Migration will migrate the taxonomy up one year. If the taxonomy needs to be migrated more than one year, then an XBRL Taxonomy Migration contract must be purchased for each year. Therefore, if the current taxonomy is 2021, then two migration contracts must be purchased in order to migrate to 2023 taxonomy

Agreement: By clicking "Submit" you, on behalf of the entity named in the form on this web page ("Customer"), (a) agree to have Workiva personnel perform various services as set forth above (“iXBRL Taxonomy Migration”), (b) agree that the iXBRL Taxonomy Migration will be performed pursuant to this acknowledgement, the ("Statement of Work"), Workiva provides to you after submission of this form, and the terms and conditions that currently govern services by and between Customer and Workiva (“Agreement”); (c) represent and warrant that you have the requisite authority to enter into this acknowledgement and the Statement of Work on behalf of Customer; (d) agree that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, absent any objection to the Statement of Work by Customer within in one (1) business days of its receipt, constitute a binding agreement between the parties; and (e) agree that Customer will be responsible for the fees for the iXBRL Taxonomy Migration as set forth in the Statement of Work, unless otherwise previously agreed in the Agreement. Fees for the iXBRL Taxonomy Migration will be invoiced two (2) business days after Customer has received the Statement of Work for the iXBRL Taxonomy Migration.
Workiva will use the information submitted in this form solely to provide the requested services, and any such use is subject to Workiva’s Privacy Policy.
